Established out of an obvious need for change, our story begins with 3 maestros who set out to revolutionize the overpriced and overcomplicated business...

We had a problem with how business was being done. On the backend, we witnessed diamond mega-corporations doing anything to cut costs - such as employing unethical labor practices and destroying the environment with unsustainable mining. On the front-end, these diamonds were being sold to the unknowing customer at egregious markups, with the illusion of quality and exclusivity being pushed by traditional companies to keep prices inflated. The entire process was immoral, inefficient, and expensive. Innovation was needed.

With a collective 40 years of experience in the field, 3 friends - Adam, Shawn and Amish  - got to work on building an improved way to shine. 

Adam established a successful career in the fine jewelry space internationally and had deep roots in the diamond business since 2018. Shawn had been in the retail jewelry industry since 1992 and had tremendous knowledge of how markets evolved. Amish founded disrupting businesses in the luxury goods sector and had an impressive track record of providing value to clients. The trios professional skills, complementary experience, and expansive networks became a winning formula to deliver world-class products and service.

Thus, Diamonds on Demand was born. By meticulously crafting our 14K-gold jewelry with only the finest lab-grown diamonds, and being an independent company who doesn't subscribe to industry norms, we're setting a higher standard and giving customers the ethical diamonds they desire at prices they deserve.
